Masukkan semuanya ke dalam mangkuk dan adun dengan mixer. Adunan memang agak kering dan berderai. Memang disajakan begitu kerana kalau lembab, bila nak dipotong menggunakan mesin mee nanti dia melekat2.&lt;br&gt;2. Bahagikan adunan kepada bebola2 kecil sebesar genggaman tangan.&lt;br&gt;3. Gilingkan ia menggunakan gilingan no1 pada mesin (paling tebal). Lakukan beberapa kali sehingga kepingan jadi licin. Saya buat dalam 4 kali.&lt;br&gt;4. Gilingkan menggunakan no2 dan seterusnya no3 pada mesin mee.&lt;br&gt;5. Potong kepingan tersebut menjadi mee menggunakan mesin mee tersebut.&lt;br&gt;6. Lakukan proses di atas sehingga habis adunan tepung tadi.&lt;br&gt;7. Pastikan mee yang sudah dipotong itu (belum masak) diletakkan setompok2 di atas pinggan/dulang. Jangan letak saling timpa menimpa ye. Takut nanti dia melekat2. Sebaik-baiknya tutup pinggan mee yang belum direbus itu dengan kain lembab.&lt;br&gt;8. Didihkan air di dalam periuk. Masukkan sedikit minyak masak ke dalam air.&lt;br&gt;9. Celurkan mee tadi di dalam air mendidih dalam 1 minit. Jangan celur banyak2 sekali dikhuatiri melekat2.&lt;br&gt;10. Toskan mee yang sudah dicelur. Basuh sedikit menggunakan air bersih. Tos semula. Dan gaulkan dengan sedikit minyak.&lt;br&gt;11. Masukkan bahan blend, cili mesin, kicap dan gula tebu dalam periuk dan masak hingga sedikit likat (lagi lama lagi likat kuah rojak). Put aside(*). &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Beat egg and sugar lightly.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Add both milk. Mixed well.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Grease a baking dish with butter. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Line the bread on it (*).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Sprinkle with raisins.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Then slowly pour the custard mixture over the bread.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Put baking dish in a roasting pan. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Fill pan halfway with water to make a water bath. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Bake until custard set (about 45 minutes).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Take it out and brush the top of pudding with butter.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Bake another 5 to 10 minutes. Goreng sekejap dalam minyak yang sikit.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Bila dah masak, angkat. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Siapkan ala-ala salad dressing nya : Mayonis ikut suka, kalau udang&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;banyak, banyakkan la mayo nye. Campurkan susu pekat sikit. Beberapa&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;sudu kecil, jangan banyak sangat nanti terlampau manis. Masukkan garam&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;secubit atau sesedap rasa. Dan juga perahan lemon, kalau takde guna&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;limau kasturi atau jus oren sunquick pun ok. Sikit saja, nanti masam&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;sangat. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Kacau semua, tuangkan sos ke atas udang tadi. Elok di buat apabila&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;hendak makan, semasa udang masih panas. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Sedap sungguh, cuba la. Celup ayam di dalam adunan dan&lt;br&gt;salut dengan serbuk roti. Goreng dalam minyak banyak hingga keemasan. Angkat dan sejatkan. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Untuk sos: Panaskan minyak, goreng bawang besar dan salderi hingga keemasan. Angkat dan kisar&lt;br&gt;dengan sedikit air hingga halus.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Panaskan mentega, masukkan tepung dan kacau atas api perlahan hingga keemasan.
